Cross+ is an integrated extraction cooktop to fit the needs of the newly born concept of Holistic Kitchen, which fosters a sense of community, bringing people together to cook, eat, and socialize in a shared and open living space. Introducing a new way for comfort cooking, the main added value of Cross+ lies in its versatility. The cross shaped extraction zone is divided into four independent optimized branches that allow the user to decide which area to extract from by simply sliding the plates plates which act as doors. All of the components involved in the extraction can be accessed from the top side of the cooktop to be easily cleaned and the display has been designed to be comprehensive and easy to use by giving the user individual control over the fires and the extraction.
